ONLY THOSE APPLICANTS WHO ALREADY HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN THIS COUNTRY ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE--- POSITION TITLE: HR Service Delivery Assoc Manager WORK SETUP: Return to Office OVERALL PURPOSE: The?HR Customer Service?is the “one-stop shop” for benefits, payroll, or any other?HR-related inquiries, providing prompt, accurate and thorough help on all employment-related matters. Manage all tier 1 queries - Respond to CMS & EC cases as well as customers queries via phone by providing information. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Act as escalation point for the team as well as customers for all issues

Responsible to be the overarching manager for HR Customer Service teams however, to interact with the other leads to identify opportunities for improvements/streamline processes/issues

Responsible to manage and execute the highly critical/priority and complex HR customer service transactions/activities.

Responsible for driving corporate initiatives, delivery of metrics and optimal performance of the team through continuous interaction with stakeholders with the intent of achieving contractual objectives and corporate goals.

Participates in the action and strategic planning process that establishes annual objectives and goals for an organization

Responsible for delivery on all contracts / SLAs

Responsible for the development of resources under his/her span

Management of ADA (the chatbot) in terms of upkeeps and training of ADA as well updating new information by raising PACR or PASRs. OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Morning Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends Off Project/Team Location: Taguig Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Standard HR Service Delivery

With at least 7 to 8 years relevant experience; 5 years supervisory experience
