RESPONSIBILITIES: Quality Assurance and Review
  • Manage Review documents produced by DP Specialists for formatting, accuracy, and compliance with the firm’s templates and style guide.
  • Provide constructive feedback and practical coaching to improve consistency and technical standards.
  • Conduct spot checks and quality reports for DP Coordinators and Managers. Advanced Document Production
  • Produce, edit, and troubleshoot complex documents, including lengthy agreements, reports, charts, and presentations.
  • Support Fee Earners and DP Coordinators on urgent or technically challenging work.
  • Create and maintain templates, styles, and macros to streamline processes. Training and Support
  • Assist with onboarding and technical training for new and existing DP team members.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF functions.
  • Collaborate with DP Coordinators to identify skill gaps and deliver targeted upskilling sessions. Workflow and Collaboration
  • Support DP Coordinators in monitoring workloads and ensuring high standards across the team.
  • Help resolve formatting issues and provide technical advice during live work.
  • Encourage a culture of accuracy, professionalism, and accountability. Compliance and Best Practice
  • Ensure all work complies with data protection, confidentiality, and firm standards.
  • Maintain consistency across document templates and ensure version control on iManage. OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Morning Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends Off Project/Team Location: Taguig Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3


  • SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:


  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing / marketing admin
  • At least 1 years of supervisory experience
  • Experience in Legal or Legal services is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Open to resources from BPO and non-BPO industry
  • No tools/applications proficiency requirement
  • No F&A component
