POSITION TITLE: HR Service Delivery Manager

WORK SETUP: Return to Office

OVERALL PURPOSE:

Ultimately, the purpose of payroll is to provide timely and accurate payment of salaries, wages and associated deductions in compliance with relevant awards, employment agreements, Superannuation Acts, Taxation Acts and other policies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As the Payroll Manager, you will:

Identify and assess complex problems for payroll (including escalations), creating solutions in situations in which analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors

Adhere to strategic direction set by senior management when establishing payroll goals and objectives but may act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments

Together with other leads, identify opportunities for improvement

Be responsible for the development of resources under your reporting line

Develop and oversee changes on the systems used to process payroll transactions

Oversee and direct the accurate and timely processing of payroll updates and transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and internal policies

Liaise with auditors and manage payroll tax audits

Manage medium to large sized teams and/or work efforts that fall under payroll, such as:

Payroll Admin

Tax & Pension Processing & Admin

Payroll Processing

Payroll Governance, Improvement & QA

Other responsibilities where required

OTHERS:

Project Shift Schedule: Morning Shift

Project Rest Day: Weekends Off

Project/Team Location: Taguig Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:

With at least 8 to 12 years’ relevant experience; 5 to 10 years’ supervisory experience

Payroll and SAP experience required

Voice proficiency of B1T is not required
