POSITION TITLE: Delivery Lead Manager

WORK SETUP: Return to Office

RESPONSIBILITIES:

New entity & new programs set up - both Concur and Gcard, from initial request to eng coordination for config in Concur, SAP and Zess, testing, go live coordination, user facing comms and hypercare, including Citibank contracting. This work involves coordination with stakeholders in Legal, Citibank, Treasury, Eng, KLO, Concur, Travel, Payroll and P2P. We have a substantial number of in-flight & 2026 pipeline projects (16 Cloud & 15 non-Cloud)

Manage the intakes process, prioritize feature requests/bugs, sign off on testing for Zess features and

Concur configuration

Coordinate KLO ticket triaging and resolution

OTHERS:

Project Shift Schedule: Night Shift

Project Rest Day: Weekends Off

Project/Team Location: Client Site - Non-Accenture Facility

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 8-10 years’ relevant experience in Project Management with focus on Client Services Management

At least 5 years leadership experience

With proven experience in multiple stakeholder management Preferred experiences:

IT background

Experience in setting up Corporate Card and Expense systems
