Delivers clinical training, competency assessments, and hands-on education for clinical and non-clinical staff.

Assists in designing and developing training modules, process documents, and job aids for role-specific tasks.

Participates in planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs.

Develops and delivers training to address knowledge or skill gaps.

Enhance organizational effectiveness and client satisfaction through efficient, reliable processes and learning initiatives.

Collaborate with teams on training, upskilling, and cross-training efforts.

Ensures timely completion of deliverables per SOW and SLAs.

Maintains expertise through ongoing education, training, and certifications.

Comply with organizational and client standards, procedures, and policies.

Identifies staff training needs (e.g., case processing, medical policy use, physician reviewer referrals).

Ensures contractual, regulatory, and accreditation compliance by accurately applying all applicable requirements and standards. Supports:

Curriculum planning and mapping

Training content development and review

Creation and implementation of testing materials

Instructional methods and knowledge-transfer approaches

Training materials, job aids, and logistics

Measurement of training effectiveness OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Night Shift Project Rest Day: Rotation Project/Team Location: Taguig Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3 SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Holds a current and unrestricted Philippines Registered Nurse license.

At least 3 months of clinical experience, which can include internships or volunteer work, not necessarily only in hospitals.

Work experience should be as a registered nurse and not from before obtaining the license or taking the board exam.

Good to have only:

Prior experience in healthcare setting/environment such as Utilization Management, Intake Representative, Health Insurance Claims Processor or Health Outreach Specialist is highly preferred.

Role is open to USRN.

Voice Proficiency - B2
