ONLY THOSE APPLICANTS WHO ALREADY HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN THIS COUNTRY ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE--- POSITION TITLE: Procurement Practice Manager WORK SETUP: Hybrid Overall Purpose: We are seeking a forward-thinking sourcing and procurement leader who combines delivery excellence with innovation to drive value across the Source-to-Contract (S2C) lifecycle. Responsibilities: You will lead sourcing initiatives, influence senior stakeholders, and mentor teams, while also championing the responsible adoption of digital and AI-enabled solutions to elevate efficiency, insight, and quality of outcomes. As a trusted advisor, you will balance execution of sourcing and contracting programs with the creation of innovative practices that anticipate market trends and transform how procurement delivers value. You bring deep expertise in Category while maintaining the flexibility to adapt across diverse spend areas, enabling you to provide both strategic vision and hands-on leadership in complex, matrixed environments. Key Responsibilities / Work:

Lead sourcing and contracting initiatives across the S2C lifecycle, including supplier outreach, RFx events, negotiation, and contract finalization.

Champion AI and digital enablement, embedding approved enterprise tools into sourcing workflows to enhance speed, accuracy, and stakeholder outcomes.

Develop strategies, roadmaps, and insights through market intelligence, supplier research, and cross-client learnings to inform sourcing approaches and stakeholder decision-making.

Mentor and coach teams, building capability in sourcing execution, stakeholder engagement, AI literacy, procurement best practices, and Category expertise.

Engage with senior stakeholders and suppliers to build high-trust, solution-oriented relationships that balance business objectives with delivery excellence.

Adapts engagement approach to regional and client-specific business cultures while coaching teams through complexity and ambiguity.

Support business development activities, including client due diligence, solution design, pursuit support, proposal drafting and presentation of case studies.

Drive transformational change in procurement delivery models, supplier ecosystems, and sourcing practices to anticipate and adapt to market shifts.

Operate effectively in matrixed, global environments, balancing regional delivery needs with enterprise-level objectives.

Willingness to travel up to 50% to multiple customer locations. Qualifications(continue):

Ability to prepare and refine documents for effective AI use (e.g. reformatting tables, flattening tracked changes, converting scans/PDFs, adding headers/context) so assistants can parse them reliably.

Market & Analytical Skills: Strong numeric and text-based analytical ability; adept at synthesizing market intelligence, supplier research, and cross-client insights into strategies, roadmaps, and actionable recommendations.

Tools & Platforms: Proficiency with sourcing and procurement platforms, Microsoft Office, and AI-enabled productivity tools.

Education: Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent professional experience). Advanced degrees and/or professional certifications (e.g., CPSM, MCIPS) preferred. OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Night Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends Off Project/Team Location: Taguig, Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3

At least 10-15 years of Global Sourcing experience (Global Sourcing, Category Management or Consulting are preferred only
