POSITION TITLE: Supply Chain Management Senior Analyst

WORK SETUP: Hybrid

OVERALL PURPOSE:

Execute the Procure to Pay Process - Review Purchase Requisitions (PR), Request for Quotes (RFQ), Create PO/STO in SAP.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drive material and supply chain readiness for small scale NPI (New Product Introduction) projects for Data Centers Technical Infrastructure

Review incoming material demands and trigger purchase orders or move orders to fulfill material

Execute the Procure to Pay Process - Review Purchase Requisitions (PR), Request for Quotes (RFQ), Create PO/STO in SAP

Follow up with suppliers to get promise dates, and expedite orders as per project requirements

Analyze reasons for late and past due material and provide inputs to late analysis reporting

Work with warehouse, accounts payable to resolve issues related to invoice payments and material receipts

Support supplier risk assessment on critical and unique parts and Monitors supplier performance (delivery, quality, cost)

Work with engineering to identify preliminary critical parts, long-lead parts and inspection requirements

Partners with quality and engineering teams to resolve supplier quality issues for assigned product groups.

Work with multiple Business stakeholders to align priorities and highlight risks

Provide periodic reporting of KPIs and metrics to business stakeholders

Work with team to conduct root cause analyses, communicate improvement recommendations and resolve escalations

Project Shift Schedule: Night Shift

Project Rest Day: Weekends Off

Project/Team Location: Taguig Uptown Bonifacio Tower 2

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 3 years relevant experience in Supply Chain

With Project Management experience

Flex to open to BPO and Shared Services industry

Supply Chain Management experience in an Engineering/IT/Data Center field is preferred
