This role is critical in identifying, attracting, and onboarding high-quality candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • A full-cycle recruiter manages the entire recruitment process from start to finish. A typical day includes the following responsibilities:
  • Preparation and Planning: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements. Develop candidate personas to target ideal candidates for each role. Sourcing
  • Candidates: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to attract potential candidates. Continuous building of Candidate Pipeline for current and future hiring demands
  • Screening and Selection: Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates. Facilitate business specific assessments with the candidates. Conduct initial interviews with the candidates in person or virtual. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Interviewing: Organize interviews with the hiring managers, both in-person and virtual. Gather documentation on Interview feedback from the hiring managers.
  • Offer Management: Prepare Job Offer recommendation for approval. Facilitate Job Offer discussion with the candidates. Ensure a smooth offer acceptance process and handle any queries from candidates.
  • Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding team for new hires, including pre-employment process and orientation programs
  • Ensure new employees have the necessary resources and support to integrate into the company.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company guidelines, legal and regulatory requirements. Qualifications

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in full cycle recruitment, preferably with experience in hiring Consultants or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, assessments, and evaluations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
