ONLY THOSE APPLICANTS WHO ALREADY HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN THIS COUNTRY ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE--- POSITION TITLE: Delivery Ops Senior Analyst WORK SETUP: Return to Office OVERALL PURPOSE: The Team Lead for Software/Application/Cloud Technical Support (CL10) is responsible for overseeing a team of analysts providing Level 2 support across Microsoft O365 Exchange, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise applications. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead and mentor a team of technical support analysts handling O365 Exchange, on-premises servers, and cloud-based applications.

Monitor service health dashboards and proactively address system alerts and vulnerabilities.

Oversee maintenance activities including patching, server troubleshooting, and SMTP service requests.

Act as escalation point for complex technical issues and coordinate with vendors for resolution.

Ensure compliance with security protocols and operational standards.

Conduct regular team huddles, performance reviews, and skill development sessions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align support strategies with business needs.

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Standard Team Lead Profile

At least 3 years of relevant experience in Service Delivery

At least 1 year supervisory experience
