ONLY THOSE APPLICANTS WHO ALREADY HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN THIS COUNTRY ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE--- POSITION TITLE: HR Service Delivery Analyst WORK SETUP: Return to Office Overall Purpose: Ensure upstream Payroll data accuracy through data management and validation, enabling correct and timely pay. Responsibilities:

Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Payroll Admin teams (Transactional, Complex or Time & Attendance).

Responsible to manage and execute the highly critical/priority but lower-complex Payroll Admin transactions/activities.

Responsible to gain capabilities through cross training in terms of the Payroll Admin processes and activities to act as a backup for that team during peak periods and when team members are off.

Acts as 1st level of escalation for the CL 12 & 13 in terms of misses in SL or challenges with Operations in executing real time action plans.

Provide trainings and conduct knowledge transfer sessions to other Payroll Admin members, especially new members on tools and function as the go-to person when inquiries arise.

Responsible to conduct QA checks for the CL12/C13 OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Morning Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends Off Project/Team Location: Taguig, Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

With at least 2 years’ relevant experience

Payroll and SAP experience are required

Open to college graduates
