Purpose of the role

The Data Scientist leverages advanced analytics, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and statistical modeling to transform data into actionable business insights. The role is responsible for developing scalable analytical solutions, including predictive and prescriptive models, while utilizing cloud technologies and Generative AI to drive business value and support data-driven decision-making.

What You’ll Do

• Develop, validate, deploy, and optimize machine learning and AI models.
• Apply statistical, predictive, and prescriptive analytics techniques to solve business problems.
• Source, prepare, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis, hypothesis testing, and model performance evaluation.
• Integrate machine learning and Generative AI solutions into business processes and workflows.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders through reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions and continuous innovation.
  
  

Skills & Capabilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics.
• Experience building and deploying AI/ML models in production environments.
• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
• Knowledge of data governance and data management best practices.
• AWS, Machine Learning, or Data Science certifications are an advantage.
