Summary: As a Data Science Practitioner, you will engage in formulating, designing, and delivering artificial intelligence and machine learning-based decision-making frameworks and models that drive business outcomes. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to measure and justify the value of AI and ML solutions, ensuring that they align with organizational goals and contribute to strategic initiatives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights that can inform business strategies. - Develop and implement machine learning models to enhance decision-making processes. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into data-driven solutions. - Continuously evaluate and improve existing models and frameworks to ensure optimal performance. - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members in data science methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Data Science. - Strong understanding of statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques. - Experience with programming languages such as Python and R for data analysis. - Familiarity with data visualization tools to effectively communicate findings. - Experience in deploying machine learning models in production environments. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Data Science. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
