Our Strategy and Transformation team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig for the role of Data Policy Analyst.

In this role, you will develop, enforce, and optimize data governance policies to ensure data quality, security, and regulatory compliance across the Bank. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data integrity, identify policy gaps, and enhance data-related processes that enable confident, data-driven decision-making.

What The Role Will Entail

• Collaborate with stakeholders to create, review, and enforce data governance policies aligned with regulatory standards and industry best practices
• Establish KPIs, analyze data quality issues, and generate compliance reports to highlight trends, risks, and areas for improvement
• Support privacy initiatives, enforce data access policies, and coordinate with IT and security teams to manage incidents and ensure regulatory compliance
• Work with business and technical teams to promote policy adherence, provide training, and serve as a resource for data governance inquiries
• Leverage analytics to assess data integrity, create dashboards, manage policy violations, and support audits with documented risk mitigation efforts
  
  
  

• Bachelors Degree in either Business Management, Administration, Banking, Finance, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Math, Statistics, Data Science or any related field
• Strong collaboration, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams
• Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Python, Excel, Tableau, and Power BI, with exposure to cloud platforms like Azure, GCP, or AWS
• Familiar with data governance tools (e.g., Collibra, Informatica) and knowledgeable in data privacy regulations and frameworks (NPC, BSP, MAS)
• Strong written communication, collaboration, and time management skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders and an understanding of banking policies
