This position is within Acadia. Acadia is wholly owned by LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) and is part of its Post Trade division.
Data Integrations forms part of the Client Services team responsible for implementing solutions to onboard counterparties on proprietary software, at the same time delivering technical application support to clients globally 24x6.
Job Highlights

Role Responsibilities
- Work with technical onboarding of new clients onto the proprietary MarginSphere software application.
- Work closely on the implementation of additional services for existing clients.
- Configuration of Business Rules Engine (BRE) for ETL.
- Implementation of Data Mapping using RPA tool.
- Resolution of escalated support issue.
- Ensure that the highest levels of service are delivered to AcadiaSoft clients.
- Provide telephone and email-based customer support.
Experience And Qualifications Required
- 3-5 years of programming or data automation experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience with Data Mapping and Data Automation is a must
- Experience with ETL and/or RPA concepts is a must
- Ability to use/understand SQL queries
- Must be familiar with Issue tracking (Jira, etc.)
- Eager to learn, capable of understanding concepts and applying them to novel scenarios
- Excellent technical troubleshooting/critical thinking skills
- Experience or training in direct customer-facing role is a plus
- Ability to effectively handle competing priorities in a fluid environment
- Experience working multiple small to medium-sized projects simultaneously is a plus
- Must be familiar with XML and/or JSON structures is a plus
- Exposure to financial markets, particularly the collateral/derivatives and risk management space is a plus
