Data Engineer

Design, develop and maintain data solutions for data generation, collection, and processing. Create data pipelines, ensure data quality, and implement ETL (extract, transform and load) processes to migrate and deploy data across systems.

The role includes creating efficient data pipelines, ensuring the accuracy and quality of data, and implementing processes to extract, transform, and load data across various systems. Collaboration with different teams to support seamless data flow and integration is a key part of daily responsibilities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to optimize data workflows and improve system performance. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth. - Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to align data strategies with organizational goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse. - Strong expertise in designing and implementing scalable data pipelines. - Experience with data modeling and schema design to support efficient querying and storage. - Proficient in optimizing data workflows for performance and cost efficiency. - Familiarity with data governance and security best practices within cloud data platforms. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data integration challenges. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse. - This position is based at our Manila office.
