Line Manager Data Center Service Delivery Director

Role Location Taguig City

DATA CENTER SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER

In this role, you will ensure JTI’s critical IT infrastructure services run reliably, securely, and cost‑effectively across global operations. You will act as the key bridge between the business, IT teams, and external service partners, ensuring services perform as expected and risks are managed before they impact operations. This is a leadership and service delivery role focused on governance, coordination, and decision‑making rather than hands‑on technical execution.

What Youll Do

  • Oversee the delivery of outsourced data center and infrastructure services across cloud and on‑prem environments
  • Govern service performance, availability, resilience, and security through SLAs, KPIs, and regular service reviews
  • Hold vendors accountable for service quality, cost, and continuous improvement commitments
  • Lead incident and escalation management, coordinating resolution and stakeholder communication rather than performing technical fixes
  • Proactively identify and mitigate operational, technical, and business risks using data, trends, and insights
  • Drive service improvement initiatives, including automation, observability, and SmartOps adoption in partnership with vendors and internal teams
  • Support disaster recovery planning, testing, and readiness activities from a service ownership perspective
  • Contribute to budget planning, cost optimization, and FinOps discussions using performance and cost data
  • Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to align infrastructure services with business priorities

What Were Looking For

  • 5+ years in IT Service Delivery and Governance
  • Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), container orchestration technologies (e.g., Kubernetes), and cloud-native data platforms such as Databricks.
  • Solid experience with core enterprise applications including SAP, TME, and others. Familiar with Smart Operations (SmartOps), AIOps platforms, and automation frameworks.
  • Strong experience in IT service delivery, operations, or governance, ideally in environments with outsourced or managed infrastructure services
  • Proven ability to manage vendors and partners, holding them accountable for performance, cost, and quality
  • Comfortable leading during crisis situations, focusing on coordination, decision‑making, and communication
  • Data‑driven when discussing service performance, risks, costs, and improvement opportunities
  • Confident engaging senior stakeholders and balancing business priorities with technical realities
  • Experience operating at a service ownership or management level rather than as a programmer, server administrator, or purely technical engineer.
