Our Enterprise Data Office team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig with the role of Data Architect.

In this role you will design, build, and maintain enterprise-scale data architectures and models across the Banks data ecosystem, ensuring solutions are scalable, interoperable, and compliant with regulatory and strategic standards. Depending on level, you may lead architectural strategy and mentor the community, drive complex domain modeling, design and maintain data products, or support documentation and metadata while contributing to Enterprise Data Marts.

What The Role Will Entail

• Design, build, and maintain Conformed layer data marts optimized for subject-area alignment, reusability, and downstream Data Product consumption
• Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models in line with enterprise standards and regulatory definitions
• Collaborate with ELT, Analytics Engineers, and IT teams to ensure seamless data flow across layers using Databricks and dbt
• Apply enterprise data architecture patterns, naming conventions, and metadata capture to ensure consistency and interoperability across domains
• Optimize Databricks SQL queries, data structures, and pipelines to enhance performance, scalability, and cost efficiency
• Support governance and adherence to best practices in data architecture and modeling
• Contribute to continuous improvement of enterprise data ecosystems through innovation and collaboration
  
  
  

• Bachelors Degree in either Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Preferred certifications include CDMP, Databricks Data Engineer, dbt fundamentals/advanced, or equivalent industry credentials
• At least 4 to 6 years in data modeling and cloud systems
• Strong expertise in Databricks Lakehouse, SQL, and dbt; solid understanding of dimensional and relational modeling; familiarity with metadata, data lineage, and data quality management; knowledge of regulatory data handling and modern data architecture frameworks
• Demonstrated competencies in communication, collaboration, customer focus, critical thinking, responsibility, and results orientation, with leadership skills in strategic thinking, problem solving, innovation, and building high-performance teams
