Job Summary

The D365 CRM Developer is responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business requirements. This role focuses on extending Dynamics 365 functionality through configuration, custom development, integrations, and automation while ensuring performance, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications

Configure entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows, and dashboards

Design and implement plugins, custom workflows, and Power Automate flows

Develop client-side customizations using JavaScript and web resources

Build and maintain integrations using Dataverse, APIs, and Azure services

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities

Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and performance problems

Maintain technical documentation and development standards

Follow Microsoft best practices and security guidelines

Minimum Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience

3–6 years of experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

Strong Experience With

Dynamics 365 CE / Dataverse

C# (.NET) for plugins and custom workflows

JavaScript for form scripting

Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)

Experience with Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing

Strong understanding of CRM business processes

Experience with solution management and deployments

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-400, MB-230, MB-210)

Experience with Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus)

Experience with integrations using REST, SOAP, and OData APIs

Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and source control (Azure DevOps, Git)

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
