Job Expectations:

  • Position Type: Experienced - Associate
  • Employment Type: Full-Time; Permanent (Direct Hire)
  • Work Setup & Location: Onsite - McKinley Cyberpark, Taguig City
  • Work Schedule: Mondays - Fridays; Night Shift
  • Headcounts Needed: 10+ FTEs
  • Industry: IT Consulting & Services


Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Assist customers with product selection, order processing, and problem resolution.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about company products and services to offer accurate information.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback for quality assurance and improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.


Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of BPO voice support experience
  • Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer navigation and troubleshooting skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask
  • Can start immediately, if possible
