Key Responsibilities

  • Handle client queries via email, fax, and calls (inbound & outbound)
  • Resolve disputes and provide accurate, timely solutions
  • Escalate issues to relevant departments
  • Collaborate with teams like Arrears, Sales, Retention, and Discharges
  • Organize welcome calls and assist with retention & sales support
  • Prepare letters (e.g., dishonor notices, confirmations)
  • Process tasks such as:
    • Interest Rate Reduction
    • Loan Conversions
    • Visa Debit Card requests
    • Posting refunds/payments (with approval)
Minimum Qualifications

  • Confident communicator with strong oral & written skills
  • Customer-focused and professional demeanor
  • Ability to multi-task, plan, and solve problems under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email systems
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
