Customer Sales

Reporting to: Team Leader

As Acquire employee, you are responsible for complying and enforcing policies and procedure designed to achieve information security. You are also responsible for protecting credit card, personal and/or sensitive personal information that you may handle or process during your employment in Acquire.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

The Sales Representative will be responsible in ensuring that all customers have the right products and services.

  • Establishes and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction in all sales transactions.
  • Consistently meets or exceeds weekly and monthly sales goals by utilizing sound telephone based selling approaches.
  • Determine cross sell opportunities within our existing customer base, focusing on improved customer experience
  • Answer customer queries regarding recent product and service offers
  • Providing account information to customers
  • Other appropriate tasks and responsibilities as requested by Management

a Bit About You

  • Excellent in customer service.
  • At least one year Sales experience
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize enquiries as requested by management
  • Strong problem solving and resolution skills 
  • Ability to work both autonomously and within a team
