Custom Software Engineer

Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will spend your day designing, coding, and improving software components that meet unique business requirements. Your work will involve collaborating with colleagues to ensure solutions are scalable and efficient, while adapting to evolving project needs. You will engage in continuous learning and problem-solving to contribute effectively to the development lifecycle and deliver high-quality software products. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development. - Ensure the quality and maintainability of code through thorough testing and documentation. - Continuously explore and implement best practices and new technologies to improve software performance. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software defects and issues in a timely manner. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps. - Strong knowledge of application lifecycle management and agile development methodologies. - Experience in integrating Microsoft Power Apps with various data sources and services. - Ability to design user-friendly interfaces and workflows within the Microsoft Power Platform. - Familiarity with automation and process optimization using Power Automate and related tools. - Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality assurance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Power Apps. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
