Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will spend your day designing, coding, and improving software components that integrate seamlessly within larger systems or applications. Your work will involve collaborating with colleagues to ensure solutions are scalable and meet the unique requirements of the business. You will engage in iterative development cycles, adapting to evolving project needs while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality software products. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions. - Maintain and enhance existing software applications to improve performance and user experience. - Document development processes and code changes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance. - Continuously update technical skills and stay informed about industry trends to apply best practices. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software defects to ensure system reliability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM). - Strong knowledge of customizing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules to meet business needs. - Experience with integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM with other enterprise systems and data sources. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies, including agile practices. - Ability to write clean, maintainable code and perform unit testing to ensure software quality. - Proficient in troubleshooting and debugging complex software issues within CRM environments. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM). - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
