Description

  • Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) checks to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Verify customer identity and documentation to mitigate risks.
  • Act as a point of contact for customers, resolving any inquiries or issues related to their accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer information and KYC processes.
  • Collaborate with compliance and risk management teams to enhance KYC procedures.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience Level: At least 6months BPO voice experience: experience in handling KYC accounts , banking account , financial account
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of KYC regulations and procedures.
  • Skills and Competencies: Financial literacy with a background in the FinTech industry.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
