  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

High School Grad / SHS Grad / 2 yrs in College / College Grad (varies per account)

With or Without BPO experience we have roles for both!

Excellent communication skills

Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules

Background in Banking/Finance/Insurance is a PLUS for some roles

Bonus and career growth opportunities depending on the account
