Key Responsibilities

• Landing Page Development & Iteration
• Build and launch landing pages quickly to support active campaigns.
• Iterate pages based on performance feedback and testing insights.
• Ensure fast time-to-launch while maintaining quality and functionality.
• Conversion Rate Optimization
• Optimize landing page forms and user experience to maximize leads.
• Enhance trust elements, content layout, and mobile performance.
• Monitor and improve page speed and overall site performance.
• Site Maintenance & Quality Assurance
• Maintain and update website content, including new pages, edits, and enhancements.
• Conduct QA testing to identify broken links, errors, or usability issues.
• Ensure all forms and interactive elements function correctly across devices and browsers.
• Tracking & Analytics Implementation
• Maintain and update website content, including new pages, edits, and enhancements.
• Conduct QA testing to identify broken links, errors, or usability issues.

• 1+ year experience related to website building and optimizing landing pages.
• Strong website build skills (WordPress, Webflow, or modern front-end frameworks; specify stack inapplication).
• Conversion-rate-optimization (CRO) mindset with strong attention to QA and detail.
• Comfortable with GA4, GTM, and pixel implementation / verification concepts.
• Able to work quickly without compromising tracking or form functionality.
• Preferred: experience optimizing Core Web Vitals (speed, CLS, LCP, FID).
• Preferred: experience building lead-generation funnels and multi-step forms.
• Preferred: basic design sensibility for clean, mobile-first layouts.
