Job Description
Overall design, management, execution and review of campaigns aligned with the mandates
Accountable for assigned program and overall portfolio governance and profitability
Responsible for targeted customer experience
Planning
Plan and develop CRM use cases (strategies, mechanics, targeting, offers, etc.), backlog, and user stories that support key strategic imperatives assigned to the squad Spearhead design of targeted customer experience in campaigns, backed by customer insight and data Performs regular mechanics updates and improvements to ensure program relevance and attractiveness Drive campaign development process & ideation, keeping high velocity implementation and employing test and learn strategies to foster innovation Responsible for achievement of program goals, profitability and cost effectiveness
Develops backlog strategies and mechanics of the assigned squad that support key strategic imperatives
Performance Monitoring, Analysis and Reporting
Monitors campaign and program performance including preparation of post review with specific recommendations based on strong analysis and customer insight
