Job Description

Overall design, management, execution and review of campaigns aligned with the mandates

Accountable for assigned program and overall portfolio governance and profitability

Responsible for targeted customer experience

Planning

Plan and develop CRM use cases (strategies, mechanics, targeting, offers, etc.), backlog, and user stories that support key strategic imperatives assigned to the squad Spearhead design of targeted customer experience in campaigns, backed by customer insight and data Performs regular mechanics updates and improvements to ensure program relevance and attractiveness Drive campaign development process & ideation, keeping high velocity implementation and employing test and learn strategies to foster innovation Responsible for achievement of program goals, profitability and cost effectiveness

Develops backlog strategies and mechanics of the assigned squad that support key strategic imperatives

Performance Monitoring, Analysis and Reporting

Monitors campaign and program performance including preparation of post review with specific recommendations based on strong analysis and customer insight

  • Reviews and reports program performance in weekly/ monthly dashboards and potentially monthly operations reviews


Execution Excellence and Building Effective Teams

  • Aligns with Squad Lead & Train Lead to ensure squad mandates are still aligned with overall strategic mandates


Understand and support intra-squad dependencies and escalate issues when necessary

Clearly communicates and secures alignment with key stakeholders and CFUs with regards to program mechanics, communications and objectives Leads execution of specific engagement, usage and strategic campaigns assigned to squad which supports achievement of business objectives Coordinates closely within the squad to ensure focused delivery aligned to strategic mandates Attends team events
