About The Job

The key objective of this role is to provide meaningful insights and recommendations that would drive the decision-making of Closed-End Loans Team. This role covers preparation and development of reports or ad-hoc analysis necessary to drive data-driven decisions in the business.

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor the business performance against budget and target.

i. Publish reports and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance against goals and targets and drive initiatives that involve developing forecasting models of KPIs.

  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that provide recommendations for improving business processes and performance .

i. Identifies opportunities to enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency.

ii. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive performance improvement initiatives and monitor their impact on business results.

  • Prepare and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports to senior management , highlighting key findings

i. Responsible for preparing findings, trends, and insights to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.

ii. Request the development and maintenance of dashboards, visualizations, and scorecards to effectively communicate performance metrics to stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to understand reporting requirements and develop appropriate reporting formats.

i. Responsible for requesting and managing changes to reports as per specific business requirements or ad-hoc requests.

ii. Support ad-hoc data requests from various stakeholders and ensure timely, accurate and relevant information delivery.

What You Need To Have

  • Minimum two years of working experience, preferably in banks, insurance, or financial industries.
  • Must have experience in working and adapting to changing priorities and working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Project and stakeholder management
  • Knowledge of lending products, industry regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, or business intelligence platforms.
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and performance improvement initiatives.
