Job Description

  • Support the design and implementation of customer engagement strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of various campaigns and business efforts using data analytics tools.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across CRM platforms.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in financial services and CRM analytics.

A Successful CRM Customer Insights Analyst Should Have

  • A strong background in data analysis, statistics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data visualization software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
