About The Job
The CRM Customer Insights Analyst identifies , designs, and validates new business opportunities to support Home Credit’s strategic growth. The role combines customer insight, market analysis, and data-driven thinking to transform ideas into viable business concepts. Working cross-functionally, the position supports concept development, business modeling, and pilot execution while ensuring alignment with risk, compliance, and operational requirements. The objective is to help scale initiatives that deliver sustainable value for customers and measurable impact for the business.
What Youll Do
- Opportunity Identification & Research
Conduct quantitative and qualitative research on customers, markets, competitors, and internal performance. Analyze data to identify unmet needs, emerging trends, and new business opportunities. Translate insights into clearly defined opportunity areas supported by evidence and market sizing.
- Business Design & Modeling
Define value propositions, target segments, and end-to-end business concepts. Develop business models, basic financial projections, and unit economics for early-stage initiatives. Assess feasibility, risks, and potential impact in alignment with Home Credit’s strategy.
- Validation & Execution Support Support hypothesis-driven testing through pilots, MVPs, and experiments in collaboration with Product, IT, Marketing, Risk, and Operations. Coordinate cross-functional activities, track progress, and ensure initiatives meet governance, risk, and compliance requirements.
- Stakeholder Communication & Governance Prepare clear presentations, business cases, and recommendations for management and stakeholders. Communicate results, learnings, and next steps, ensuring transparency, alignment, and informed decision-making across the organization.
Execution Effectiveness: Timely delivery of pilots, MVPs, and agreed milestones.
Business Impact: Conversion of validated concepts into scalable initiatives with measurable revenue, cost, or engagement impact.
What You Need To Have
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, strategy, innovation, consulting, or fintech
- Proven experience with quantitative and qualitative research and data analysis
- Ability to build business models, market sizing, and basic financial projections
- Experience working in cross-functional, matrix organizations
- Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking mindset
- Structured, detail-oriented, and data-driven approach
- Proactive, hands-on, and execution-focused attitude
- Collaborative team player with clear communication style
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-changing environments
