CRM Campaign Senior Specialist

About The Job

The primary role is to handle campaign preparation and management.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with marketing and business stakeholders to understand campaign objectives.
• Utilize CRM and RTDM to design effective and targeted marketing campaigns.
• Execute and monitor campaigns, ensuring they align with established strategies.
• Maintain documentation of campaign specifications, workflows, and results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, analytics, and IT.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure campaign alignment with business goals.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in marketing technology.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
  
  

What You Need To Have

• Minimum 2-4 years working experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with CM , Real time campaigns.
• Knowledge of marketing automation, segmentation, and customer journey mapping.
