About The Job
The primary responsibility is to lead campaign teams, drive experimentation roadmaps, and deliver measurable commercial impact. This role will do campaign governance, prioritization logic, journey orchestration, and stakeholder management.
What You’ll Do
- Own CRM communication calendar and campaign pipeline across products.
- Define offer prioritization, suppression rules, and channel strategy.
- Establish SLA-driven campaign lifecycle: intake → design → QA → go-live → monitoring.
- Lead design and execution of batch and real-time journeys in MoEngage and RTDM.
- Build and manage event-triggered communications and real-time decision strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance, drop-wise responses, and conversion impact.
- Lead CRM Idea Creation Team for new use cases and campaign experiments.
- Design and implement A/B and multivariate testing frameworks.
- Manage and mentor campaign specialists and analysts.
- Act as CRM SPOC for Business, Risk, IT, and Analytics.
- Raise structured data enhancement requirements for new use cases.
- Collaborate with lifecycle & data teams for dashboarding and performance tracking.
What You Need To Have
- At least 7 years of experience in CRM Campaigns or marketing campaigns
- Campaign Management Tools: MoEngage, RTDM
- Real-Time Decisioning & Journey Orchestration
- A/B Testing & Experimentation Design
- SQL & Data Analysis
- CRM Governance & Process Optimization
- Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management
- Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Performance Analytics (Power BI / Reporting)
