Our Risk Management team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig in the role of Credit Senior Risk Officer.

In this role, you will manage the banks risk by monitoring risks, preparing reports for committees, and ensuring policy compliance. Youll develop risk management policies and frameworks, offer training and development for staff, and regularly assess compliance with regulations. Additionally, your focus will include enhancing customer experience by maintaining high service standards and implementing recognition programs for excellent service.

What the role will entail

• Assist the Chief Risk Officer in identifying, measuring, and managing the Bank’s risk within its defined risk appetite and risk-reward policy.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive Risk Management Framework, including policies, procedures, and monitoring systems.
• Promote a strong risk culture across the organization to enhance awareness and accountability.
• Identify and analyze key risks and their underlying drivers across the Bank’s operations.
• Continuously monitor risk exposures against established tolerances and report findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Evaluate and update the Risk Management Framework regularly to ensure its effectiveness and alignment with the Bank’s evolving risk profile.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related course
• Minimum 10 years of banking experience with a proven track record in senior leadership roles and enterprise-wide oversight.
• Skilled in engaging with executive stakeholders, including board-level presentations and strategic discussions.
• Demonstrated ability to build organizational capability through talent development, coaching, and mentoring initiatives
