Credit Management Specialist Shared Services

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Onsite - Dayshift

Location: BGC, Taguig

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality credit management services to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring strong customer service standards are consistently met.
• Review, evaluate, and approve credit limit recommendations, escalating complex or high-risk cases to management when necessary.
• Provide guidance on credit policies, risk assessment, and order release processes to support business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, approval processes, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to resolve issues, support operations, and meet service level expectations.
  
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Strong understanding of credit management, financial analysis, and risk assessment.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive or complex cases.
