About The Job

The Creative Content Specialist III manages complex briefs independently and contributes significantly to campaign development. This role handles high-visibility deliverables and supports broad campaign executions.

What You’ll Do

• Content Writing
• Develop headlines, captions, scripts, articles, newsletters, and other written materials
• Develop messaging structures adaptable across channels
• Ensure alignment with brand voice and strategic direction according to channel and audience
• Creative Participation
• Contribute actively during brainstorming sessions
• Strengthen ideas with audience insight and relevant context
• Work closely with designers to ensure strong visual-copy alignment
• Task Management
• Clarify and interpret complex briefs accurately
• Monitor timelines and ensure on-time submission
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Maintain organized documentation of project movements
• Project Ownership
• Manage high-complexity tasks independently
• Maintain consistent content quality across projects
• Coordinate with marketing stakeholders for content accuracy
• Provide peer-level feedback when needed
• Identify risks and escalate appropriately
  
  

What You Need To Have

• At least 4 years of copywriting experience
• Proven content development skills with a strong writing portfolio (Tagalog and English)
• Excellent command of written and verbal English and Tagalog, with a strong grasp of jargons and pop culture
• Strong adherence to brand guidelines
• Ability to interpret complex briefs
• Experience in multi-channel content development
• Computer-literate and comfortable with using Office365 applications and project management tools
• Experience in digital and integrated campaigns
• Exposure to marketing planning
• Basic understanding of campaign analytics
