The Creative Artworker is responsible for producing high‑quality, print‑ready and digital‑ready artwork across beverage‑sector retail, trade and experiential channels. This includes POS, packaging, retail theatre and cutter‑guide‑driven artwork. You will work across on‑trade and off‑trade environments and collaborate with designers, traffic managers, production teams and European‑based stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Produce accurate artwork across various beverage POS formats including tent cards, posters, large archways, carousels, banners, pallet wraps, shelf talkers, window vinyl, floor graphics, stickers, FSDUs and simple packaging.
Work confidently with cutter guides/die-lines and structural POS formats.
Prepare artwork with correct colour profiles, layers, bleed, crops and print specs.
Apply creative thinking to adapt and enhance designs for multiple formats with visual consistency.
Conduct thorough pre‑flight checks and troubleshoot technical issues.
Ensure all artwork aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Maintain brand assets and templates.
Review and refine your own work to ensure design excellence and brand consistency.
Suggest improvements to layouts, typography and visual hierarchy for better impact.
Maintain organized file structures and adhere to workflow processes.
Accurately complete timesheets to track work and resource allocation.
Manage multiple briefs and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Collaborate closely with traffic managers, production teams and operations.
Attend production and client meetings when required.
Knowledge, Skills And Experience
Proven artwork production experience across print, digital and POS.
Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and MS365.
Strong layout, typography and visual composition skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in artwork setup.
Solid understanding of print and digital production processes.
Experience with packaging artwork or POS.
Knowledge of XD or digital formats (desirable).
Ability to interpret briefs and follow brand guidelines accurately.
Strong organizational and time-management skills in a high-volume environment.
Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with clear and professional communication skills.
