Job Description

P&L Ownership: Manage and grow a PHP 100M P&L, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
Performance Leadership: Drive operational excellence and team performance across retail, wholesale, and channel management.
Commercial Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to commercialize products and enhance brand positioning in the Philippine market.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including the Group CEO and regional teams.
Value Chain Expertise: Oversee vertical integration processes and ensure efficiency across the value chain, including refurbishing operations.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor direct reports and matrix teams to achieve business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

Experience:

Proven track record in managing P&L of similar scale (PHP 100M or higher).
Strong background in smart gadgets or consumer electronics industry.
Familiarity with vertical integration and value chain management.

Skills:

Sharp with numbers and strong analytical ability.
Dynamic, genuine, and authentic leadership style.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
