The Corporate Solutions Analyst is responsible for administering and approving non-brokerage employee costing allocations to support accurate billing and financial reporting. This detail-oriented, high customer service role interacts with multiple levels across the organization, requiring strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize responsibilities, and a positive, solutions-focused attitude. The role ensures timely, accurate costing allocations while partnering with business operations, HR, and finance to resolve issues and educate stakeholders.
Job Description
About the Role:
Review and approve employee costing allocation requests, ensuring proper accounting treatment and system accuracy.
Analyze allocation requests with an understanding of HR, Operations, and Finance interconnectivity.
Collaborate with Project Managers, Client Accounting, and FP&A to resolve open questions and clarify allocation treatments.
Create and maintain projects within the financial system to support accurate reporting and billing.
Provide continuous support for allocation processes, focusing on compliance, accuracy, and process improvement.
About You
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Proficiency in Workday Finance, Oracle, and Salesforce is a plus.
Strong proficiency in MS Office, with advanced knowledge of Excel.
