Were looking for a Copy Editor who gets that every comma, every word choice, and every brand voice decision can make or break how people perceive us. Youll be our guardian of consistency and clarity in a fast-moving industry where getting it right matters more than ever.

What Youll Do

Be a brand voice expert

• Review and polish content across every format—Word docs, PDFs, figma designs, websites, whitepapers, presentations, social media, and beyond
• Use our Brand Style Guide as your north star, but know when to suggest smart exceptions that serve the bigger picture
• Catch the obvious (grammar, typos, punctuation) and the subtle (tone inconsistencies, reputation risks, messaging gaps)
  
  
  

Collaborate

• Work closely with writers, designers, and marketing stakeholders
• Provide thoughtful feedback that elevates content without killing the creative spark
• Flag potential issues before they become problems
  
  
  

Master the complexity

• Understand and revise complex subject matter without changing meaning
• Willing to research information and ask questions as needed.
• Balance multiple projects while maintaining your attention to detail
  
  
  

What Youll Bring

• 3+ years of proofreading experience (bonus points if youve worked in tech or B2B)
• A sharp eye for detail that doesnt lose sight of the bigger picture
• Proven ability to work with complex subject matter
• Copy or content writing experience a plus
• Mastery of English composition and AP Style
• Comfort using Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, project management software
• Intellectual curiosity (youre not afraid to dig deeper when needed)
• Collaborative spirit—you know the power of smart people working together
• Organizational ability—you can juggle multiple priorities
