Content Producer

Location: BGC, Taguig

Shift pattern: Mid-shift – 4pm MNL to 1am MNL

Working Model: Hybrid, 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

We operate a hybrid working model, with a split of days being in the office and days being worked at home. Pepper Money has three offices across the UK and one office in Manila, where this role will be based.

What you will be doing

As our Content Producer, you will play a key role in supporting Pepper Money's marketing and communications function by creating high‑quality written and visual content. You will work closely with the marketing team to translate briefs into engaging internal and external content, support the delivery of campaigns, and manage regular website updates. This role contributes to brand consistency, timely content delivery, and continuous improvement across digital and marketing channels.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in content production
• Strong content writing skills including web copy, blog articles, and email marketing content
• Ability to create visual assets such as banners and graphics
• Adobe Photoshop experience is essential
• Experience updating websites using WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager, or other CMS is advantageous
• Understanding of UX principles is desirable
• Exposure to basic video editing, SEO, and AI tools for content and website optimisation is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Journalism, or related disciplines
