This role is accountable to the Price and Performance Lipper team, which plays a vital role in delivering high-quality, independent fund content and analytics to the global investment community. With a strong emphasis on customer collaboration, the team supports report migration, resolves data integrity issues, and ensures the accurate and timely processing of financial data. Working closely with Client Success Managers, product management, and internal partners, they document customer use cases, streamline operations, and enhance the overall client experience. Employing deep financial expertise and a commitment to continuous improvement, the team drives innovation and operational efficiency across Lipper’s suite of investment management solutions

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze reports to provide feedback on feasibility and timelines, where necessary, liaise with product management on alternatives
  • Strong experience in writing prompts and building agents in Microsoft Copilot (or similar AI tools).
  • Familiarity with generative AI technologies and how they can be applied to improve operations and productivity.
  • Good to have a knowledge of automation, low‑code solutions, or process optimization methodologies.
  • Exposure to analytics, dashboards, or metrics reporting tools.
  • Technically proficient, with experience using data management tools, workflow platforms, and productivity applications. (Phython, VBA, Power Automate, SQL)
  • Identify and implement opportunities to bring operational efficiency to the customer.
  • Provide regular updates and feedback to internal partners and customers.
  • Handle general queries from customers relating to the content and files provided, work with customer support as needed.
  • Work with product management to capture any future requirements for diversification into LSEG Lipper for Investment Management
  • Assists in resolving client data issue cases and is responsible for sourcing, collecting, and curating content from financials documents / instruments / feed sources across Lipper content sets and products / services.
  • Actively participate in the acquisition, creation, calculation, maintenance and quality assurance of Lipper service results, as well as coordinating and implementing ad hoc product delivery projects.
  • Supports in resolving client cases by fixing the data integrity, missing data and other similar issues efficiently
  • Processes data in an accurate and timely manner using the knowledge of the tools and financial markets
  • Uses the approved sources to identify the data, convert / make valuable contributions to the data, or use the data as is defined in the collection policy
  • Communicates and collaborate with different teams where required to support sourcing and collection of data efficiently
  • Adheres to the quality metrics and prioritizes activities to support business and customer requirements
  • Supports specific projects assigned and meets or exceeds the metrics defined
  • Suggests process improvement ideas to improve efficiency and customer experience.
  • Responsible for the creation and automation of funds data files coming in from dedicated shared mailboxes and FTP server.
  • Support and provide help in every way possible with issues regarding data processing and automations.
  • Communicate server/mailbox issues to Developer/Support Team.
