Your Role

As part of Service Management, Delivery Governance lead the adoption of service management best practices within the Enterprise organisation based upon the IT Infrastructure Library and related frameworks to position as a market leader in delivering ICT services.

Serve as a service management subject matter expert, driving the adoption of Service Asset & Configuration Management processes, and governance across EB and vendors.

Act as a change agent for EB by overseeing the implementation of strategic initiatives within their Service Management Tower.

Asset And Configuration Analyst, You Will

• Lead Asset and Configuration Management practices by implementing ITSM frameworks, standards, and governance controls across support teams and vendors
• Own the integrity, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement of the CMDB to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance of Configuration Items (CIs)
• Drive operational governance, audits, and compliance activities to ensure Asset and Configuration Management processes consistently meet service levels and quality standards
• Partner with Technical Operations, Professional Services teams, vendors, and stakeholders to align lifecycle processes, improve controls, and strengthen governance practices
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities that improve efficiency, service quality, and customer experience outcomes
• Lead governance forums and stakeholder engagements to monitor performance, drive service improvements, and ensure accountability across responsible capabilities
• Provide people leadership through coaching, mentoring, capability development, and succession planning while supporting team performance and future leadership growth.
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• At least 4+ years of experience in the ICT industry.
• Proven expertise in ITIL frameworks and ITSM best practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and professional communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and experience in people management/staff development.
• Analytical mindset with experience in financial analysis and benefit tracking.
  
  

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Knowledge of PMBOK and/or PRINCE2 methodologies.
• Proficiency in tools such as SharePoint, ServiceNow, and Power BI/Tableau.
• Experience with MS Project, Project Online, and SQL.
• Background in EPMO frameworks and stage-gate governance.
• Experience in conducting audits and maintaining compliance artifacts.
