About The Role
The Third Party Audit team is central to LSEG’s dedication to integrity and compliance in handling relationships with external vendors, including Exchanges and Specialist Data Providers. Our work ensures that third-party data is maintained according to defined standards, reducing financial risk and supporting a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular reconciliations of third-party data and implement process improvements where possible.
- Review scorecards with regional OM & MD leaders and call out unresolved discrepancies promptly.
- Partner with vendors to address reconciliation gaps and enhance existing processes.
- Support initiatives to improve customer notifications related to third-party commercial changes.
- Facilitate discussions with Commercial Managers and PLCM teams to resolve issues and improve data management.
- Maintain accurate reference data for contractual terms, usage rights, and commercial rules.
- Build knowledge of third-party rules and tools such as Product Studio 2 and Product GPN.
- Collaborate with Customer Administration teams to resolve processing issues.
- Identify and mitigate process gaps to reduce financial exposure.
Education
- Open to graduates from any field.
Experience
- 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred, but we encourage candidates with transferable skills.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
- Ability to analyze data and prepare clear reports.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Basic analytical capabilities.
- Flexibility to handle multiple priorities and adapt to change.
- High attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Siebel, Salesforce, Product Studio 2, and Global Product Notification systems.
- Understanding of LSEG products and entitlement systems.
- Knowledge of third-party content delivery, including exchanges and specialist data providers.
