Job Description

Develop and implement comprehensive competency development programs for employees in the Engineering & Manufacturing department.
Assess training needs and design tailored learning solutions to address skill gaps.
Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with business objectives.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.
Manage budgets related to training and development activities.
Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into training strategies.
Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to foster growth and development.
Prepare reports and presentations on training outcomes and progress for senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Competency Development Manager Should Have

A strong background in Engineering & Manufacturing or a related field.
Proven expertise in designing and implementing training programs.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
An ability to analyze data and assess training effectiveness.
Knowledge of the property industry or experience working within it.
A proactive and strategic approach to problem-solving.
