Company Driver

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Company Driver to deliver materials, documents, and company items in a safe and timely manner. The ideal candidate must have excellent driving skills, thorough knowledge of traffic laws and routes, and basic understanding of vehicle mechanics to ensure the safe and smooth operation of the assigned vehicle.

Objectives Of This Role

• Ensure the safe and timely transport of company staff and materials
• Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of the company vehicle
• Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations
• Support administrative and logistical needs of the company
• Perform basic vehicle troubleshooting to prevent breakdowns
  
  

• Drive company staff or executives to and from destinations as assigned
• Deliver and collect documents, packages, or supplies
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and ensure cleanliness and maintenance
• Monitor and schedule regular maintenance (e.g., oil change, brake check)
• Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and expenses
• Report any vehicle problems or accidents immediately
• Assist with loading and unloading when necessary
• Follow assigned routes or GPS directions to avoid delays
• Perform minor mechanical troubleshooting when needed
  
  

• Valid professional drivers license (Restriction 1, 2, 3 / LTO equivalent)
• At least 3 years of professional driving experience
• Basic mechanical or automotive training
• Good knowledge of local roads and traffic laws
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads if required
• Clean driving record
• Trustworthy, punctual, and reliable
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good communication skills
• Possibly with Motorbike
  
  

• Proven work experience as a company driver or similar role
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting
• Ability to use GPS and navigation applications efficiently
• Knowledge of preventive vehicle maintenance
• Experience driving executives or VIPs is a plus but not required
• Defensive driving training certification is an advantage
• Can work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to check engine oil, brake fluid, and tire pressure
• Basic troubleshooting for common issues (e.g., overheating, flat tire, dead battery)
• Ability to perform jump-starts and change tires
• Knowledge of routine maintenance schedules
• Knowledge in Renewal of LTO Registration
• Know how Messenger work
