About The Job

The primary role is to provide excellent customer service, transporting customer as well as business documents in a safe, comfortable and secure manner, does the safety procedures, daily vehicle audit.

What You’ll Do

  • Responsible for the safe operation, usage and maintenance of the assigned company vehicle
  • Accurately complete and submit all necessary paperwork, such as daily dispatch sheets, daily activity report, petty cash items, records keeping and attendant paperwork from each work, etc.
  • Keep assigned vehicles in acceptable condition and consistently clean
  • Report any problem identified in the vehicle securing all licenses and documents relating to the vehicle are renewed on time and as required
  • Accept individual responsibility for proper use and maintenance of keys, mobile phones, and radios, meaning that issued phones and/ or radios must be carried for the duration of assigned shifts, and keys must be properly checked in and out
  • Conduct pre and post vehicle inspections
  • Provide on-time feedback and report all security, safety, and other related matters to the Transportation Management Team
  • Transport employees, guests, and other individuals as directed, This includes training and various activities, conventions and conferences, airport runs, etc.

What You Need To Have

  • Amenable to shifting travel and security circumstances and facilitate operations accordingly ;
  • Amenable to work on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and work extra/overtime hours as needed according to departmental workload
  • At least 1-2 years relevant experience
  • Professional Drivers License
