Community Growth Operator Associate

Job Summary

The Community Growth Operator Associate is responsible for community growth and daily operations across Viber, Telegram, Facebook Groups, and other community platforms, with a focus on growing members, increasing engagement, supporting campaign participation, and managing operational risks within platform rules and brand requirements.

The position plays a key role in advancing the organization's Talent Density Strategy by cultivating highly engaged online communities, strengthening brand presence, and driving sustainable user growth through localized content, community initiatives, and data-driven engagement strategies. The role collaborates closely with Marketing, Social Media, Campaign, and Customer Operations Teams to ensure effective community development, user retention, and positive customer experiences.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Admin. Multimedia Arts, and others.
• At least 1 year hands-on experience in community operations, community growth, social media management, and digital marketing.
• Experience managing Viber, Telegram, Facebook groups, Dicord, or similar online communities.
• Familiarity of community rules, platform operations, and best practices for compliant community growth.
• Basic copywriting, content creation, image editing, and digital content management skills.
• Basic understanding of community analytics and reporting tools.
• Ability to transform trends and community insights into engaging content.
