About The Job
The key function is to supports the end-to-end execution of customer communication initiatives for cross-sell cash loan (CLX) products. This role ensures that day-to-day BAU campaigns run smoothly by managing communication drafting, coordination, and documentation while safeguarding accuracy, timeliness, and alignment across all messaging touchpoints. The Specialist plays a key role in keeping the campaign engine running—supporting setups, securing approvals, maintaining version control, and ensuring consistent communication experience across channels.
What Youll Do
Communication Plan Development & Execution
- Prepare first-draft communication copy for SMS, email, app notifications, telesales scripts, and digital placements, ensuring clarity and consistency with brand and product guidelines.
- Validate accuracy of message details, including rates, terms, eligibility criteria, and mandatory disclaimers.
- Manage updates to communication trackers, copy repositories, and version-controlled documentation files.
- Execute timely BAU CLX communication requirements across CRM systems, digital marketing platforms, and relevant marketing channels.
Campaign Coordination & Deployment
- Support campaign setup and configuration across communication systems (e.g., CRM, automation tools, delivery platforms).
- Assist in scheduling, launching, and monitoring communication batches across multiple channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams to confirm readiness of materials, data lists, timing, and contingency requirements prior to launch.
- Ensure all BAU and pilot campaigns are executed according to the product lifecycle and GTM plans.
Basic Data Analysis & Reporting
- Pull campaign performance data and assist in preparing routine dashboards and post-campaign reports.
- Identify trends, irregularities, or performance risks and flag them to the Senior Specialist or Manager.
- Track performance of cross-sell initiatives and assist in deriving initial insights for optimization.
Cross Functional Collaboration
- Work with Campaigns, Product, Sales Channels, Operations, and Marketing Communications to ensure alignment of communication materials.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, approvals, and version control of campaigns especially on creative material requests.
What You Need To Have
- 0-3 years experience in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) or Marketing communications role.
- Previous experience in a Fintech company is an advantage. Industries like FMCG, Banking, Retail, Digital media & multi-cultural, preferred.
- Highly creative, well-versed in current marketing tactics and executions. With experience in copywriting & creative direction would be a plus.
- Ability to be upbeat in a fast-paced & evolving environment while meeting production goals & requested deadlines
- Energetic and accountable work style, comfortable working under tight timelines and with a sense of urgency even when information may be ambiguous
- A wide degree of creativity is expected with ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
- Demonstrate professional communication, negotiation & problem-solving skills with the ability to offer unique solutions and clearly convey complex results and concepts
