Within Song Commerce, we are building next‑generation capabilities at the intersection of AI, digital commerce, and AI‑driven discovery—including Agentic Commerce and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). These capabilities are central to Accenture’s reinvention agenda, shaping how brands and products are discovered, recommended, and transacted in AI‑first environments.
As part of our Commerce – Agentic & GEO team, you will help clients adapt to a world where AI agents, conversational interfaces, and generative engines influence how customers discover, evaluate, and purchase products.
You will work across strategy, experience, content, platforms, and data to help organizations modernize their commerce ecosystems—ensuring products are both discoverable by AI engines and actionable by AI agents.
This role spans consulting, solution design, and execution, with expectations calibrated by level.
Key Responsibilities:
Agentic Commerce
Help define how products, pricing, inventory, and policies should be structured for AI‑driven discovery and agent‑assisted transactions
Support or lead the design of machine‑readable commerce architectures (e.g., structured data, APIs, product feeds)
Enable readiness for agent‑to‑system interactions, including real‑time decisioning and execution
Partner with engineering, data, and platform teams to operationalize agentic use cases
GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
Improve how brands and products are understood, cited, and recommended by LLM‑powered experiences (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity)
Support or lead GEO strategies covering:
Content and entity optimization
Structured data and technical alignment
Measurement of AI visibility and share of voice
Collaborate with SEO, content, PR, and analytics teams to drive AI discoverability
Consulting & Delivery
Translate emerging AI and commerce trends into practical client roadmaps
Contribute to or lead client workshops, working sessions, and executive readouts
Produce clear, insight‑driven client deliverables
Support capability building and knowledge development within Song Commerce
Your Experience Counts!
Management Consultant
4+ years of experience in consulting, digital strategy, commerce, SEO, platforms, or adjacent roles
Hands‑on involvement in at least one AI, agentic, or generative‑enabled initiative (e.g., automation, AI-assisted workflows, chatbot/LLM integration, or agentic use cases), either through direct implementation or as part of a delivery team
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Ability to support delivery workstreams, research, analysis, and documentation
Comfortable working in fast‑evolving, ambiguous problem spaces
Management Consulting Manager
10+ years of experience delivering digital commerce, platform, or AI‑enabled transformation
Proven ability to lead workstreams and manage consultants or analysts
Experience translating strategy into executable solutions and roadmaps, particularly in digital commerce or AI-enabled customer experiences
Strong client‑facing skills, including facilitation and stakeholder management
Ability to connect technology concepts (e.g., AI, APIs, automation) with real customer or business use cases
Exposure to AI‑driven discovery, agentic systems, or advanced commerce ecosystems is strongly preferred
Management Consulting Senior Manager
12+ years of experience in consulting, digital commerce, platform strategy, or technology transformation
Proven track record leading complex, multi‑disciplinary programs
Ability to influence senior client stakeholders and shape strategic direction
Strong understanding of ecosystems, APIs, data architecture, and AI‑driven experiences
Experience shaping or leading AI-enabled transformation initiatives, particularly in commerce, customer experience, or digital platforms
Experience building teams, scaling capabilities, and contributing to practice growth
