Job Description

  • Co-lead GSC with MD, drive strategy and operational performance
  • Oversee daily operations across all shared service functions
  • Implement KPI frameworks, governance, compliance, and best practices
  • Lead digital transformation, automation, and process improvement
  • Inspire and manage 1,000+ staff; strengthen culture and leadership pipeline
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships globally

  • Proven senior leader in shared services or global operations
  • Strong track record driving transformation and operational efficiency
  • Skilled in KPI design, governance, and performance management
  • Experienced leading large (1,000+ FTE) teams in complex environments
  • Strong communicator who builds trust and influence at senior levels
  • Highly resilient, structured, and decisive under pressure
  • Capable of building high-performing leadership teams
  • Passionate about automation, digitalisation, and continuous improvement
